Journalist, ghostwriter, and photographer specializing in health, wellness, food, spirits, lifestyle, and culture. I’ve ghostwritten several books, three of which were New York Times best-sellers, and I’ve contributed to National Geographic, Conde Nast Traveler, Fortune, Taste, Los Angeles Magazine, and more.
For more than a decade, I worked in hospitality PR exploring the culinary world and international travel. Prior to that, I honed my kitchen skills as a personal chef where I developed recipes tailored to my clients’ dietary needs from Italian to healthy twists on indulgent classics, and everything in between. Now, as a full-time writer, I find absolute joy sharing the world’s wonders, and the wisdom and expertise of thought-leaders from coast to coast.
I’m a frequent dog sitter, a resourceful camper, and a lively asset to a game night. I currently live in Los Angeles, and grew up in Hawaii and New Mexico. I’ve also lived in Italy, but if I could pick anywhere to reside, it would the bonny banks of Scotland.
